What We Did
Branding, web design and development
Maggie Puddle Cottages came to us with an existing brand and website, promoting 2 adjoining self catering properties in Cartmel. Our brief was to create an updated brand and a broader identity to run across both properties with a single site promoting bookings.We took the existing logo and developed it by introducing a new colour palette and serif font, while introducing some hand illustrated details designed to tie in the modern, yet cosy feel of the properties.
Booking Management Platform
The client was keen to integrate a channel manager style booking system so they could manage their availability across a number of OTAs as well as direct – we recommended the eviivo platform and integrated the booking button into our site design and build.
Website Build & Photography
Alongside the design and build of the site into WordPress, we planned and managed a photoshoot with interior specialist Lee John Mann. The outcome was a brand focused site with stunning photography which is super easy to use and update.
Content and Copywriting
We also handled the migration of the client’s existing content, across to the new site – our in-house copywriter implemented a new house style, further tying in the brand identity and positioning.
