The brief
Visit Cartmel speaks to people who might come, and to the traders who are already there. muv runs the organic social, an awareness ad, and a monthly newsletter to the businesses. The website is added to and updated. Traders’ memberships are tracked. The photographs and the films are gathered in the village, then cut for the feed.
The feed
Regular content across facebook and instagram with a view to showcasng the best Carmtel has to offer. From food and drink to the historic location and the ancient Priory.
The site
cartmelvillage.com is where the village is written down. The priory, the racecourse, where to eat, what to do, where to stay. Pages are added, and the ones already there are brought up to date, so the site and the feed tell the same story.
The traders
A newsletter goes out to the businesses each month. Memberships are tracked, so the list of who is in stays accurate. Content is gathered from the traders, then used on the site and in the posts.
Social
Portrait films, the shape people actually watch.
